JSW PPF Line Tape Cutting Band Set

JSW PPF Line cutting tape is a tape made of polymer fiber and ultra-sharp alloy thread. This is an innovative solution for precise cutting of PPF, TPU and TPH films without using a knife. It has three layers to avoid damage to the surface of the car, allowing you to carefully cut the films.

Integrated high strength cutting thread allows you to cut film easily and efficiently, ensuring a clean and precise edge. No plotter required. The process is simple, fast and secure.

Instructions for use for vinyl film:

1. Attach the tape with cutting thread to the car in accordance with the planned cut.
2. Place vinyl film on top.
3. Pull the thread out at a 35-45 degree angle to cut the film along the desired contour.
4. Remove any remaining silicone base and then heat the edges of the film with a hairdryer for better adhesion.

Instructions for use for PPF, TPU and TPH films:

1. Attach the cutting tape to the car in accordance with the planned cut.
2. Place the film on top.
3. Wipe the surface dry with microfiber.
4. According to the planned cut, carefully stick the PPF tape over it.
5. Pull the thread out at an angle of 35-45 degrees to cut the film along the desired contour.
6. Remove any remaining silicone base and then heat the edges of the film with a hairdryer for better adhesion.
